Poor health and low physical capacity can be twice as dangerous to the mountain, knowing that there are many risks.
Having the kind of climbing gear is also another factor to consider ensuring safety during the climb. Many mountains, especially those in Europe, are covered with snow to the summit. Typically, climbers must use snow shoes to get a better position and prevent slipping. If I do not know, if you happen to slip while climbing a mountain covered with snow, which could trigger an avalanche that could be very disastrous for the climber and fellow troops.
